At this time we are unable to ship to APO addresses and addresses outside the USA. There is an additional surcharge for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii in an amount that you will be notified of prior to processing your order ! This means any area outside of the Continental United States will have an additional shipping charge --Even If it states the item Ships FREE !!!!

We DO NOT share any customer information with any other source; this includes email addresses, mailing addresses and telephone numbers. We DO NOT telephone you unless there is a problem with you shipping address or payment or have a question as to the correctness of your order.

Shipping is "FREE" on Vacuum Cleaner Belts, Bags, Filters, and/or Parts when you purchase any Vacuum Cleaner. Shipping charges will show in the cart but they will be deducted when the order is processed.

Shipping on Belts, Bags, Filters, and/or Parts is "FREE" on orders of $85.00 or more (when 4 or more different items are ordered) - on orders that include SHAMPOO, there is no FREE shipping due to the high cost of shipping this particular item.

RETURNS: All returns must be made within 10 days of reciept of goods.(There is no exception to this rule, so please do not ask). If we send you the wrong product, we will send you the correct product within 7 days at no extra charge. There is no return on electrical parts, such as motors, switches, cords, hoses.

If you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 7 days, if you do not notify us within 7 days you are agreeing that you accept the product(s) you received.

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before any returns are accepted. Please call 1 800 434 4740 for the RA number. Any product or item return without a RA #, will be refused at customer's expense and will not be credited. All new vacuums returned must be returned in original packaging unused for a refund. There is a NO RETURN Policy on any electrical product -e.g. cords, hoses, switches etc.

There is a restocking fee of 5-30% and shipping costs (if any to what the customer originally paid - If NO shipping is involved then the actual shipping charge that we paid will be deducted) will be deducted off any refund. In addition any fees such as site fees and credit card fees will also be deducted off any refund. Any missing parts for the product, e.g. attachments, instruction books, etc. will be deducted off any refund.

If the product is damaged we must be notified within 3 days of the customer receiving the product so we can notify the shipper/carrier of damage. Do not return the product without notifying us or the carrier/shipper. The shipper MUST pick up the item for return !

If you should encounter problems assembling your new vacuum,or have missing items. DO NOT return the product to the shipper. Use the below listed numbers to contact the manufactures customer service department.
