Central vacuum elbow fitting used as coupler for whole house built in system. Use to shift pipe gradually either
horizontally or vertically.
Also use in conjunction with
spigot fittings to change pipe
direction and move up or down.
Use of two 45° fittings is better
than two 90° fittings from a
performance standpoint. |
Central vacuum elbow & fitting, used as coupler for central vacuum whole house systems. Spigot Fittings have one female and one male end they can be used to shift pipe gradually either horizontally or vertically in conjuction with another fitting to change pipe direction and move up or down. Use of two 45° fittings is better than two 90° fittings from a performance standpoint. |
Central Vacuum Elbow Fitting used as coupler for whole house builtin vacuum systems. These can be used in place of Sweep 90° Elbow when a tighter turn is required. Best used together with another elbow to maintain air flow. Use of Medium 90° Elbows should be minimized to optimize system performance.

Used to turn pipe 90°. This is often called a wide 90 and the most common elbow used in the system. Can be doubled up to create a (S) type configuration so dirt does not fall into inlets at lower lever than the tank. |

Used to connect inlet pipe to trunk line. Sweep of this fitting must point toward vacuum unit. Can be used on drops from attic |
Used to connect pipes coming together at 45° angle. Most often used where a pipe from 2nd. floor joins into wertical drop. |
Can be used to bring two trunk lines together. |
Straight tee couplers are used for setting a inlet on both sides of a wall, or making a drop straight from the 2nd. floor to the 1st. floor |
Stop Couplers are used to join 2 pieces of pipe together any where they are needed in the pipe run. |
Pipe straps secure pipe to joist and should be placed at least every 3 feet on trunk line. |
Pipe caps can be used to cap off lines to be extened at a later tine |
Exhaust Mufflers reduce exhaust noise and can be used on all power units even if these are not vented to the outsidde |
These vent caps close went unit is off and keep small insects or rodents out of the house. |
Use with low voltage (NON SUPERVALVE) inlets. Fits in 2" x 4" walls and larger. Works with new and existing construction. Central Vac installation fittings (installation componets) are known by many names, Some of which include Fittings, Elbows, Couplers, We carry are parts neccessary to pipe and complete your system. Central Vac Elbows, Low Voltage Wire, Central Vacuum Pipe, Exhaust Covers and Power Units. |
STANDARD LOW VOLTAGE USE WITH 2X4 LOW VOLTAGE MOUNTING PLATE |
